Sports Physicals: Students who wish to participate in sports MUST have a current phyisical exam (within the past 13 months) to participate.  There are NO exceptions to this rule.  The physical MUST be on file in the Health Office, coaches cannot accept physicals.  Students will not be allowed to play until the physical is received in the Health Office.

7th & 10th Grade Physicals: Physicals completed on the State of CT "Blue Form" are mandatory for all students entering grades 7 & 10.  The Blue Form is available at the main office on the desk.  

Please DO NOT send your child to school if they are ill.  Students need to be fever free for 24 hours without the use of a fever reducing medication before returning to school. 

Students are not allowed to carry or take medication at school unless the "Authorization for the Administration for Medication" form is completed and on file in the Health Office.  The only medications that are authorized to be carried are Inhalers and Epi-Pen.  (refer to pages 25-26 of the student handbook)
